If T.S.M.'s superb 20 and 30 pound capacity smokers simply aren't large enough to accommodate your smoking and preserving needs then this is for you: T.S.M.'s 50 pound digital stainless steel smokehouse (model 19-1015) runs on 220V power and is ideal for large scale food smoking projects. Smoking meat and fish has long been an established way of preserving protein-rich foods, with the added benefit that it makes foods more delicious, and this oversized smoker is perfect for creating that unique flavor that only a true smokehouse can provide. With a temperature range of 50F 250F, this insulated, user friendly smokehouse has easy to understand digital temperature controls and 2100 Watts of smoking power. The smoke diffuser, mounted near the base of the unit in order to maximize usable space for smoking, distributes the smoke evenly and efficiently throughout the cabinet; the heating element is raised in order to facilitate cleaning. A drip collector at the base of the unit directs refuse to beneath the smoker. Three stainless steel shelves are included (the unit holds five shelves altogether) and the unit has large rear casters and a towing handle to facilitate placement. Includes 6 V sticks made of stainless steel. Note: This unit must be shipped by truck.
