New Streets Hazy IPA Extract Beer Kit

New Streets is a beer brewed in collaboration with Ray Kamstra at Indiana City Brewing here in Indianapolis, Indiana. A New England style IPA, this delicious hazy brew incorporates a plethora of locally produced Sugar Creek malts. On top of the base, we layer Sugar Creek White Wheat, Sugar Creek Malted Oats, and Sugar Creek Chit malt, as well as toss in a little flaked wheat. This builds the body and add proteins which accentuate the haze, as well as giving a beautiful mouthfeel! We also use locally grown Chinook, Comet and Michigan Copper hops from Crazy Horse Hops! For this series, we recommend an Omega Yeast Labs strain of yeast if using a liquid yeast. While not in Indiana, they are located just up the road in Chicago, and produce some wonderful yeast strains!.
