Follow recipe for white bread but increase butter to 60 g. After first rising, knock down, form dough into one large, round loaf and place into a greased, heavy-based pot. Cover and allow to rise until doubled in size. Brush with beaten egg and 15 ml milk. Bake in the oven or over coals for 45 - 50 minutes.
