Our coffee mugs are high-quality, heavy, and handcrafted in our glass workshop in Wisconsin. All packaging and raw materials are made in the USA. We aren't hand-ist here at BenShot. Production time is 2-3 business days for standard glasses and 3-5 business days for custom etched glasses.
