In Automatic mode the Pro-3000 couldn't be simpler, with one-touch vacuum sealing; conversely, Manual mode lets you fine tune the vacuum pressure for more delicate sealing jobs. With a 935-watt motor this unit's 2-piston pump delivers vacuum strength of 28 H.G. (equivalent to a vacuum efficiency of approximately 92.4%. The transparent acrylic lid allows for exacting bag alignment and the motor is fan cooled to prevent overheating.
