Poketo teamed up with famed Japanese bento box makers, Takenaka, founded in Ishikawa, Japan in 1925, to create versions of their popular Rectangle Bento Box in patterns that are pure Poketo. They’re made from 100% PET bottles, BPA- and lead-free and microwave, freezer, and dishwasher safe. Pack food in one or two tiers by rearranging the inside compartments. The contents stay secure thanks to an inner lid and a contrasting elastic band that comes with each box. Chopsticks available  Made in Japan. BPA and lead free. Microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe. The inner lid is not dishwasher safe. Please remove before placing the bento box in the dishwasher. TAKENAKA is a Japanese brand with a rich history dating back over 400 years. The company was founded in 1610 by Takenaka Hanbei, a master carpenter who was responsible for building some of Japan's most iconic structures, including the Osaka Castle and the Himeji Castle. Over the centuries, the company expanded its services to include architecture, engineering, construction, and project management.
