There are collision detection and motion detection to choose from. To let the parking mode work while car is parking, we need to install a hardwire kit or OBD cable to offer constant power while the car is off.

[Loop Recording and G-sensor, Time Lapse]
The loop recording will overwrite the old video to free up the space for new dashcam recordings.

The time lapse recording mode will record a long duration video without audio.
The dash cam supports up to 256GB Micro SD card. (included in the box)

[Optional GPS Function]
Once the dash cam receives the GPS signal, we are able to track the speed, location, and routine of the car. To let the GPS receiver work, we need to install a GPS mount(not included, need to extra purchase.
