How to Use a Hagama Rice Pot
Begin by washing the rice. Rinse it multiple times until the water runs clear.
Add rice to the pot. For every 180ml cup of rice, you'll need 210ml of water. Remember, the maximum capacity is 3 cups of rice.
Pour the required amount of water into the pot with the rice.
Allow the rice and water to sit for 30 minutes without heating.
After letting it sit, place the pot on a burner and heat on medium fire with the lid on for 15 minutes.
As soon as you see steam escaping, allow it to do so for 20 seconds and then turn off the heat.
Leave the lid on and let the rice continue to steam for another 15 minutes.
Finally, remove the lid. Your rice is now ready to serve. Enjoy!
